On 08.07.09, the ruling of sentence no. 1627/08 ordered by the civil chambers of the Court of Rimini on 15th May 2008, was finally published in the italian newspapers 'La Repubblic' and ‘Il Resto del Carlino’.

For love of truth, and with great satisfaction, we would like to report the main points herewith.

“…In the civil case at the first instance no. 7685/1999 of general role, concerning patent counterfeiting, brought by Emmedue S.p.A. against Nidyon Costruzioni S.p.A., the Court of Rimini:

- declares that the production and marketing by Nidyon Costruzioni S.p.A. of prefabricated construction structures named stairway element and stairway panel constitutes a breach of the exclusive rights due to EMMEDUE S.p.A.;

- prohibits the continued production and marketing by the defendant of the items named ‘stairway element’ and ‘stairway panel’;

- sentences Nidyon Costruzioni to compensate damages in the plaintiff's favour...

- orders the publication of the ruling of the sentence once in the newspapers ‘La Repubblica’ and ‘Il Resto del Carlino’ under EMMEDUE's responsibility and at the expense of the defendant;

- sentences Nidyon Costruzioni S.p.A. to reimburse all costs borne by EMMEDUE....."
