The EMMEDUE® MOBILE FACTORY is a fully self-contained turnkey solution devised for shipping, assembling, and operating an EMMEDUE® manufacturing plant anywhere in the world.

The MOBILE FACTORY is designed for safe and easy transportation from one location to another and is capable of manufacturing the entire range of EMMEDUE® panels.

The EMMEDUE® system is the perfect solution for large-scale building projects in remote areas or in areas where logistic issues prevent the installation of a traditional factory.

The MOBILE FACTORY includes:

       A standard EMMEDUE® panel manufacturing plant with all the equipment required to guarantee a production capacity of 1,200/ 1,300 sqm.  per 8-hour shift, depending on the requirements;

       An EMMEDUE® MOBILE FACTORY complete with all the equipment necessary for:

1.       easily transporting the factory from one location to another;

2.       quick installation of a covered structure to house the factory;

3.       installing machinery and other factory equipment;

4.       installing offices and accommodations for factory staff;

5.       properly starting-up the factory, complete with electricity and other utilities.

As with all EMMEDUE® plants, the MOBILE FACTORY is supplied as a turnkey solution, including full installation, commissioning, start-up, and staff training.

The EMMEDUE® MOBILE FACTORY makes it possible to install a fully self-contained EMMEDUE® panel manufacturing plant in an extremely short amount of time.

Special containers are used to transport the plant which are then reused to expand the covered areas and set up a comfortable base camp.
The storage capacity of fuel and water in special tanks along with the power generator makes the plant autonomous and perfectly efficient for long periods of time.

The areas where the MOBILE FACTORY will be installed are prepared with the assistance of EMMEDUE® technicians, and using special handling equipment included in the supply.
