Coating machines

Today, the industrialization of the work process in the construction field allows for a higher rapidity of execution when coating civil and industrial buildings, with a significant savings registered in labor.

In fact, Emmedue® coating machines, which can be controlled even by unqualified staff, allow for the spraying of the coat on walls and ceilings obtaining an adhesion that is impossible to obtain manually, with savings of up to 50%.

The operator who controls the machine can coat, in only one night of work and assuming a constant supply of material, up to 60 m2 of wall (thickness= 1 cm) with any kind of coating.

Minimum layers of coating may be applied, avoiding waste and obtaining better results.

Our experience has made it possible to obtain resistant, light and productive machinery, which are ideal for coating Emmedue® panels.

Two versions of Emmedue® coating machines exist: Type P, for walls and Type S, for ceilings.

Every machine is equipped with four holes to spray the raw coat, and there are also two-holes models for the final coat.
For technical reasons, the holes are fixed and cannot be changed.
Every machine is equipped with a key and with accessory tips for the cleaning process.
