Today, Emmedue is even closer to you, thanks to Emmesynergy, an e-learning platform through which Emmedue provides all its developed expertises accumulated from continuous contact with all the players in the supply chain.

All the Emmedue Know-How is just a click away on Emmesynergy. The new Emmedue Knowledge Community designed to provide technical content and specialized training on both the machinery and the Emmedue Advanced Building System.

The Emmesynergy platform was created with the aim of answering the needs of Emmedue customers and technical experts. It includes useful content to ensure work continuity both within the plant and on site, providing continuous assistance to its customers through simple and functional tools that can provide answers when and where needed.

The platform offers full training courses enriched with detailed images and operational videos that allow an immediate understanding of the content. Thanks to the loaded modules, staff globally located are aware of the operating procedures concerning the assembly of the panels and the machinery operation. They can also access the Troubleshooting section where they can receive assistance regarding any problems with individual machines, with complete 24/7 global accessibility.

Emmedue offers its customers access to the expertise gained in over 35 years of activity; developing the System, in the design of the production process, optimization of sales and marketing activities necessary to start and grow a successful plant. Through services of:

· staff training on panel installation, for construction site staff
· training courses on the use of the M2 PanelCad project design software
· staff training on the use and maintenance of machinery

The training courses within Emmesynergy are structured in a simple manner and make extensive use of videos and images. Moreover, the ability to search the topic of interest within each course, means that each user can customize their navigation by content considered relevant or necessary.

Inside the Emmesynergy platform it is possible to view courses related to:

· the building method, with contents for professionals where through video and images explain how to optimize the work-site, under standard conditions, the installation of panels and other building components of the Emmedue Advanced Building System. This section gives a detailed description of the complete range of panels that can be produced with the Emmedue machinery.
· Emmedue machinery, where it is possible to access the operating and ordinary maintenance manuals of all Emmedue machines in order to facilitate the operational autonomy of the customer. The courses related to the machinery explain how the production cycle works, which are the main components and their characteristics, and which are the necessary adjustments for the full efficiency of the machines.

The courses are divided into units, each of which explains a single topic in detail, in order to allow a clear use of the contents; using images makes the courses easy to follow.

· the M2 Software PanelCad®, an innovative and easy-to-use software that comes from the collaboration between Emmedue and Bentley, to offer designers a high-level solution. It is ideal for architectural designs of simple and complex buildings of any shape that uses Emmedue panels.

This tool allows you to import projects and create virtual building prototypes to provide customers with a 3D impact execution with hyper-realistic images and animations. Indeed, it is an excellent assessment tool that allows to estimate the quantity and the cost of the panels, concrete and steel mesh necessary to complete the project.
M2 PanelCad® is fully integrated with most design standards, as it uses compatible formats such as DWG, DXF, DGN, exportable and modifiable.
