QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY



The company is a world leader in the design, production and marketing of modular components for the construction field and of systems for the production of such components.
The main objective of our company is the maximum customer satisfaction, meant as the ability to provide products and services that comply with his highest expectations. In addition, the company undertakes to fulfil its compliance obligations and to protect the environment, as well as to prevent pollution.

The whole company staff, continuously stimulated by the owners is committed to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction, mitigating the environmental impact.

For this reason, the General Management and the whole company staff believe in the need to implement, develop and continuously improve its Quality and Environmental Management System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 standards as the main tools for the pursuit of the intended objectives.


SET GOALS

1) Continuously improve the sensitivity, collaborative spirit and attention of all staff towards the aspects of Quality and Environment and raise their cultural and cognitive level, also through their involvement in the definition and achievement of corporate objectives;
2) Monitor and constantly improve business processes and the environmental impact of activities, products and services through effective indicators;
3) Ensure the marketing of quality products suited to the needs of the customer and with low environmental impact. Provide an assistance and maintenance service that can meet all user needs regarding the quality, durability and efficiency of the product;
4) Always be prompt on deliveries;
5) Continuously improve the production standards and energy performance of M2 machines;
6) Reduce internal costs due to management and environmental of no-quality through an adequate business management and continuous attention to improvement solutions;
7) Operate in compliance with the laws, safety, environment and quality of the territory considered as an entity to be protected,    preserved and enriched;
8) Improve internal and external communication;
9) Strengthen your own image as a prestigious, serious and reliable company;
10) Decrease management energy consumption and improve the efficiency of resource consumption in general.

COMMITMENTS


For objective c):
•    Improve and implement the criteria for the verification of the production and provision of services according to the defined internal standards and / or the Customer's specifications to guarantee the conformity of the products with the relative quality and durability specifications; evaluate eco-sustainable alternatives; 
•    Implementation and integration of the Quality Management System and the Company Environment;

For objective d):
•    Constantly monitor company plans and schedules with a view to ensuring full compliance with the delivery terms agreed with the customer;

For objective e):
•    Programmatically allocate resources for research and innovation;
•    Invest in tools necessary for product control;
•    Take on and eliminate systematically all the defects existing in each company phase;

For objective f):
•    Periodic meetings to optimize activities and to apply the necessary Corrective Actions and Opportunities;
•    Involvement of all staff in identifying problems and possible solutions;

For objective g):
•    Keep the structure compliant with all mandatory standards including those relating to safety as per Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental ones;
•    Use in production processes of non-toxic materials with low environmental impact;
•    Constant updating on the legal requirements applicable to the sector to which the company belongs;

For objective h):
•    Use the most suitable tools for internal communication, promoting meetings but also implementing the internal IT tools for the collection and diffusion of information relating to the various company processes and relations with customers and relevant interested parties;
•    Implement effective communication processes with customers and relevant interested parties through traditional communication tools as well as through the use of the most modern IT systems and above all through the company website and the knowledge community;

For objective i):
•    Promote the worldwide diffusion of the image of seriousness and professionalism that the company has created over the years;
•    Promote periodic meetings with customers to exchange information between the different company experiences and cultures;
•    Participate in the most prestigious trade fairs in the sector

For objective j):
•    Raise the awareness of Emmedue staff on the importance of the correct use of resources;
•    Proceed where possible to replace the various machines and equipment with corresponding ones of a higher energy class.
